September 2008

April 2008

Term 2 brings some new Pilates classes - "ski lates" for the snow sports enthusiast (6 weeks of twice weekly sessions) and Pilates on the Ball for some exercises with a difference.  There are still spaces in most classes so call now to book in.

February 2008

Yoga classes come to Alpha Myotherapy!  Sheila Mithen, an experience yoga teacher, is going to be running yoga classes twice a week from our new studio starting in March.  Contact us for more information.

January 2008

Alpha Myotherapy has moved into a brand new premises that incorporates both a treatment room and a Pilates studio!  Classes start on 4th February in the new studio at Shop 2/5 Collopy Street, Mansfield (the sandstone building just in behind Mansfield Hospitality supplies).  Treatments are by appointment only, from the start of February.

December 2007

Enrolments for Term 1 2008 Pilates classes are now open.  Alpha Myotherapy is moving into new premises in January 2008 and so will not be taking any bookings for Myotherapy treatments until the start of February.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

November 2007

The High Country Health and Wellness Expo was a huge success with 24 exhibitors and lots of people through the door on the day.  Planning is well under way for the 2008 Expo.  Have a look at www.hchwexpo.com.au for more information.  November also celebrates the launch of the A Sustainable World Expo for 2008 (3rd May 2008 ).  See www.asustainableworld.com.au or the "Expo" page for more information.

Pilates is here!  Enrol now in a Beginner's Essentials Series starting in term 3 (July 16th) and experience for yourself how great you can feel when you have stronger core muscles.  A must for the keen skier!  Hurry as places are limited and classes are filling fast.  $126 for a series of 9 classes.  For more information have a look on the "Pilates" page.

The High Country Health and Wellness Expo has been launched!  November 9th and 10th this year will bring the inaugral Expo to light.  To be held at the Mansfield Sporting Complex in Highett Street it aims to bring together local health and wellness practitioners and businesses.  Let's showcase what Mansfield has to offer.  For more info have a look on the "Expo" page.

Our new webpage is finally up and running.  Alpha Myotherapy has hit the internet age and set up a webpage to keep you updated.  Put it in your favourites folder and stay tuned to see what is on offer for you.

Alpha Myotherapy starts operating in Mansfield.  After moving to Mansfield in May 2006, Allison has finally closed her busy practice in Murrumbeena and has started treatments in Mansfield.  Only minutes from the main street with lots of after hours appointments and health fund rebates, Alpha Myotherapy can help you start moving again.
